Project consulting
If the customer's goals and expectations are not yet clearly defined, Sky Power also offers consulting services. This can include program development as well as system integration services. The aim of the consultancy is to assist the client with technical knowledge, experience and professional expertise to define the project and the level of support required.
Project workshops
For customers who are already in an ongoing project or development phase and are looking for a partner to provide not only hardware but also knowledge and expertise, Sky Power offers 1 or 2-day workshops. These are used to analyze customer projects, goals and ideas in detail in order to define requirements and expectations. The aim of the workshop is to prepare a close project cooperation with clearly defined customer intentions.
Project management
Sky Power takes care of the complete project management, from the initial concept phase through to series production. Technical parameters, timelines and budgets are clearly defined in advance to enable agile management of the entire UAS or project development process. The earlier the collaboration begins, the more comprehensive the service Sky Power provides.
